Our group fitness classes are enjoyed by Clevedon’s fitness community, featuring engaging sessions such as Bodyweight Conditioning, where you can build strength and endurance using just your body weight; Old-School Circuits that combine exercise equipment with bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout; and dedicated Strength and Conditioning sessions that focus on building muscle and improving performance.

 

We offer a variety of dynamic boxing classes for enthusiasts of all levels. Our programs range from mixed adult sessions to women-only classes that prioritise a comfortable environment for female participants. Additionally, we provide specialised boxing classes for kids and youth, focusing on skill development in a fun and safe setting. Each month, we hold sparring sessions in our pop-up boxing ring, offering participants an exciting opportunity to apply their skills and techniques in a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
